A LITTLE CLARITY FROM PACE
A few ground rules.
Plain and simple.
These terms apply to the Pace website, its calculators, trackers and guides. Updated 3 October 2026.
Using the tools
You may use Pace for personal or internal planning. Please use it lawfully and do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to distribute harmful code. By using these tools, you accept these terms and acknowledge the privacy information.
Understand the estimates
Results are based on the information you enter and the assumptions stated on each tool page. They are general educational estimates, not financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice, a lender quote, or a promise that spending is affordable.
Pace does not hold funds, carry out transactions, connect to banks, cancel subscriptions or provide personalised recommendations. Check calculations and consider actual bill dates, fees, tax and your wider obligations before acting.
Your saved records
You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for keeping copies you need. Local browser storage can be lost or cleared. Export records you want to keep. The site does not offer account recovery or cross-device syncing.
Availability and limitations
The tools are provided as available. Availability, accuracy and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pace is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on estimates or loss of locally stored data. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to the site
The tools and these terms may be updated as the site develops. The updated terms will appear here with a revised date. Visit the help page for explanations of the current tools.
